Small Group lessons with MK Pole Fitness and Aerial Exercise
Small group lessons hold a maximum of 4 people with the use of 2 poles, 1 silk and 1 hoop and all the core equipment you could possibly need and is a one hour and fifteen minute workout with your own personal instructor.  Classes include a warm up, MSE (Muscle Strengthening Endurance), lesson contents (spins, tricks, techniques and transition work), and a cool down.
Ideal for Pole Parties / Hen Parties / Birthday Parties
£12.50 per person (1 ¼ hour lesson) – MAX 4 people per group

First lesson ONLY £10

All instructors have been trained by Hannah Taylor for a number of years to a very high standard
