1 to 1 lessons with MK Pole Fitness and Aerial Exercise
Private 1-2-1 sessions or small groups (max four people)
  • No sky high shoes or short skirts are found here!  Fitness/sports wear only.
  • Enhances confidence.  Offers more in-depth & detailed learning to excel at pole and aerial work.  Allows skills to be taken to a higher more advances level.
  • Fully qualified level two fitness instructor, ETM level two and vertical dance qualified
  • Free Parking at Venue
  • £15 per person (1 ¼ hour lesson) First lesson ONLY £10
Cancellations:
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a booked lesson. Failure to give the required notice will incur a lesson fee also applicable for group bookings. If a booked lesson is canceled within 24hrs you will be charged half the lesson fee, within 12hrs before the lesson will be charged a full lesson fee and if you fail to show for a booked lesson you will be charged the full lesson fee.
Please make sure of prompt arrival time for your lesson as you will not be allocated extra time.
First lesson £10, then £15 there after.

What to Expect from a 1-2-1 Lesson

This involves a one hour and 15 minute lesson with your own personal instructor and your own pole to use which ensures you get the maximum benefit from your time with us.  Classes include a warm up, MSE (Muscle Strengthening Endurance), lesson contents (spins, tricks, techniques and transition work), and a cool down and your own pole, aerial hoop, silk or trapeze.
All instructors have been trained by Hannah Taylor for a number of years to a very high standard
