MK Pole Fitness and Aerial Exercise offers aerial rings as an exciting new way to learn new skills and keep fit with group and one-to-one classes available.
Aerial rings consists of 2 steel rings suspended from the ceiling via unbreakable straps enabling you to perform tricks and exercises of many kinds and all in a controlled and safe environment.
Begginer or experienced.
You don't need to be an olympic gymnast or have any experience, you can learn tricks and exercises no matter what your level, build confidence and get fit whilst having fun and toning up.
Mk pole fitness and aerial exercise is proud to introduce this Aerial sport. The first of its kind in Milton keynes, and concentrates on activating core muscles for strength and stability, as well as improving co-ordination and flexibility.
