An aerial hoop is a large steel ring which resembels a hula hoop and is suspended from the ceiling enabling you to perform tricks and exercises of many kinds and all in a controlled and safe environment.
Begginer or experienced.
You don't need to be an olympic gymnast or have any experience, you can learn tricks and exercises no matter what your level, build confidence and get fit whilst having fun and toning up.
